2025'te duyurduğumuz kahve kavurmadaki yeni (Akustik-Odaklı Kavrum) yaklaşımımız hakkındaki ilk metnimiz de hala geçerliliğini koruyor:

Full-version access is on this page. The beta helps you roast today; the full version remembers every roast you make and turns it into your recipes.

Methodology

The first piece on our new coffee roasting approach (Acoustic-Based Roasting), announced in 2025, still holds up:

"Dear roasters,

As all of you are aware; the water in coffee, when it reaches to a certain level of temperature; is vaporized and this leads to the cracking of the inner porous walls thus creating an audible sound.

This and the following seconds are the most important reference for all of us to comprehend the level of heat the coffee got exposed in that specific time frame and

Our ears which successfully capture those sounds are actually better than most of the human made sensors at giving a status report for that moments.

So with the correct analysis of the intensity (now in procedures), the frequency and the durations we may better control the following phenomenons:

• Seasonal changes
• Momentarily deviations in temperature and other environmental factors
• Unexpected crack times
• Errors of the human made sensors or

Any problem occurring and distracting your consistency even with 18 sensors...

You will be having such an immense power in consistency with this approach that I developed.

With this approach we are entering into an era that we will be better listening to our coffee and will be free of any graphs or even visual observing of the coffee itself.
