Prodigy Coffee House and the non-governmental organization Prodigy Ventures recruit young people between the ages of 16-24 and who could not be included in the education system, and turn them into baristas with education and experience.
So much so that young people who understand 7-11 when talking about coffee shops, after 1 month I took 17.5 grams of shots in 28 seconds, they start to chat... This is a very well-intentioned formation and there is an example in Turkey (I wonder if it is one of the next articles?) In fact, this formation also points to the following; While 'crafts' like coffee are (and still are) available right now, we can find better ways to value it...
What we meant was: people with crafts, those who actually produce real benefit for this world. The criterion for this is easy: weigh the satisfaction you get from the work you do (not the one you get from it), if it feels like it will make you feel good, yes you are in the right place...
And best of all, artisans can be proud of what they produce, train new artisans, so they can increase their happiness many times over... Well, how many people in your cube can say that :)))
Prodigy Coffee House does not just do a 'charity' work, it takes those who are outside of the traditional education system and first turns them into good baristas, and passes the coffee makers who grow up with the magical atmosphere of coffee to their partner cafes where they work...
So it increases happiness...
