The Coffee Cab: Mobile Coffee Shop & Station
Turhan, whom we met in our barista training, recreated the coffee equipment in a minivan with The Coffee Cab, which he brought to life and whose original design was his own, so that it could work completely without electricity. In fact, the vehicle is like a tank; It has a heavy battery stack inside and is designed to serve coffee outside of the vehicle, which takes up a small space.
Another feature of The Coffee Cab concept is that it has a fixed venue or “Station”. Turhan came up with another idea for times other than events and festivals and after renovating an empty place he kept in Kadıköy, he also became a cafe owner by placing a few tables and parking the car inside :)
This concept, as far as we know, is a first in the world and we think that this modular structure can inspire many new venture ideas... Personally, we liked it a lot...
